GROW SPIRITUALLY

Reading as little as a scripture a day can help you grow spiritually. You'll begin to understand God and His Word more, which helps you resist temptation, become more disciplined in your lifestyle, and find purpose and direction.

ALLEVIATE STRESS AND ANXIETY

Journaling can help you process your emotions and become more self-aware. The better you can process and express your emotions, the more powerfully you can show up for yourself and others. Journaling can help you work through fears and feel more grounded.

SET REALISTIC GOALS

Studies show that only 8% of people achieve the goals they set. You can use your journal to write goals that excite you and you really want. And more importantly, you can write WHY you want to achieve them.

Meet your journal

challenge host

You can do anything for 30 days, especially when it's this simple and helps you live a more purposeful life.

Hi there! I'm so happy you're here! My name is Maggie Chambers, and I live in the best city in the world—New York City. I've been journaling for about 6 years now. I've come back from stress-induced insomnia and a horrible dark period. I went from creating my own purpose in life to stepping into God's purpose, which is greater than anything I could imagine.

Six years ago I was in a pretty bad place in my life. From the outside looking in, my life seemed good. I was chasing my dreams, reading a ton of books on success, and listening to motivational audios every day.

I was 'high' on positive thinking. The problem was something was missing.

One day, the bank called my grandma (whom I was living with) and left an automated message on her phone with instructions to call them back ASAP. Now my grandma was in her late 80's at the time and blind. She started freaking out and thought someone stole her bank card.

"Grandma, you have to think positively," I said. Well, she just about had it with all my positive thinking.

"Maggie," she said sternly. "Positive thinking isn't going to change whether someone stole my card or not." She was right. I knew she understood what I meant about positive thinking affecting her attitude, but at that moment, I realized I no longer heard God's voiceI only heard my own.

That scared me because my relationship with God was important. So I joined a Bible study within the next week and started spending 5 minutes doing devotions every day. I also journaled and made a list of what I was grateful for. Creating healthy habits led to amazing changes in my life.

I started to grow closer to God and see things from His perspective. Without even realizing it, I also started to feel more grateful and content in my life. And most importantly, I found what was missing in my lifetrue joy and purpose in God.

I still have goals that I'm working toward, but this time, not without God.

Are you ready to join me and live life to the fullest with one simple daily habit?!

God bless you!

- Maggie
